How it works
1. Check uniform availability via app
Before reaching the dispenser, users can check garment availability across departments through the mobile app. Each user has a personal quota based on their dressing profile and role.
2. Identification & access
At the dispenser, the user identifies via badge, RFID card or smartphone app. Permissions define which machines and which garment types they can access.
3. Select the required uniform
The display shows only the items the user is authorized to pick up.
- 900 Series: selection triggers the opening of the correct rotary gate.
- 950 Series: selection instructs the robotic arm to retrieve the requested item.
4. Automatic dispensing & pick-up
The dispenser prepares the item for collection:
- 900 Series: the selected gate opens and releases the garment in ~4 seconds.
- 950 Series: the robotic arm picks the item and delivers it to the tilting door.
The user retrieves the garment and closes the compartment if required.
5. Automatic detection & registration
The system detects the actual removal of an item through integrated sensors.
If and only if the user removes the product:- one credit is deducted from the user’s account, and
- when RFID-UHF is enabled, the specific item is uniquely identified and assigned to that user.
In non-RFID configurations, item removal is confirmed through sensor-based detection. Credits, quotas, and inventory levels are updated in real time, ensuring full traceability and accurate stock rotation.
