RFID-UHF Gates for workflow control, anti-theft
Reliable cross-contamination prevention system for doors, corridors & logistics flows

The ZCS Gates & Control System combines RFID-UHF passage detection with smart alarms, analytics and automated control of item movement across facilities.
Installed on the floor (G07 Series) or above doors and passages (767 Series), these gates create controlled RFID checkpoints that detect trolleys, roll cages, pallets, garments and sterile items moving through key access points.
Designed for logistics management, anti-theft protection, sterile workflow monitoring and internal traceability, ZCS Gates ensure accurate real-time detection, compliance and safety in industrial, healthcare and hospitality environments.
Automated passage control
Monitor strategic areas, protect sterile zones & automate workflow visibility in laundries, warehouses and factories
Anti-theft and loss prevention
Automatic alerts detect unauthorized movements of items, reducing shrinkage and improving operational safety
Protection of sterile workflows
Slim & overhead versions safeguard clean–dirty separation, triggering alarms when sterile items exit or non-sterile items enter restricted zones
Easy integration into existing layouts
Available in standard, slim and overhead designs to fit any door size, passage width or architectural constraint
Engineered for fast, traceable textile distribution
The system adapts to any operational need: continuous bulk scanning (G07 Standard), sterile-zone monitoring (G07 Slim), sensor-triggered reading (G07 Sensor) or anti-theft mode (767). Each passage automatically detects tagged carts, items and assets.
LED lights and sound indicators alert staff to unauthorized movements, sterile breaches, offline status or anti-theft triggers. Alarms can be personalized by item type, status, direction or location.
Available in floor-mounted, slim and overhead versions to fit narrow corridors, standard doors or large industrial access points. The system integrates seamlessly into existing workflows without structural modifications.
All detection events are logged and sent to the ZCS software platform, enabling real-time monitoring, audit trails, zone compliance, automatic reports and offline notifications.

How it works
Sector uses for Gates & Control Systems
Healthcare
Linen, scrubs, gowns, uniforms, clogs, sterile kits, medical equipment.
Ideal for monitoring movements of clean/soiled textiles, enforcing sterile-area rules and preventing losses across wards, laundry routes and surgical zones.
Hospitality
Linen, towels, staff uniforms, service textiles. Ensures controlled tracking of housekeeping and service flows, preventing misplacement and optimizing linen circulation between floors and laundry.
Industry, warehouse & logistics
Parcels, packaging, garments, PPE, tools, RFID-tagged items. Supports real-time monitoring of goods moving through gates, loading bays or production areas, improving security, traceability and operational efficiency.
Frequently Asked Questions
RFID-UHF gates are used to automatically detect and track RFID-tagged items as they move through doors, corridors and access points, ensuring real-time workflow control and traceability.
RFID gates read multiple tagged items simultaneously using UHF antennas. Each passage is recorded in real time and can trigger alerts, alarms or automated actions based on predefined rules.
Yes. RFID gates can operate in anti-theft mode, activating visual and acoustic alarms when unauthorized items pass through controlled areas, helping reduce losses and improve security.
RFID gates are ideal for sterile and restricted zones. Slim and overhead versions monitor clean–dirty separation and generate alerts when incorrect item movements occur.
RFID gates can detect garments, linen, trolleys, roll cages, pallets, PPE, sterile kits and other RFID-tagged assets moving through controlled passages.
