Atlas is a fully automatic system designed for the distribution and tracking of hanging uniforms. It is ideal for industrial laundries, hospitals, nursing homes, industries and all environments with a high turnover of hanging uniforms, where availability, hygiene and control are essential.

Thanks to a credit-based system combined with UHF/HF RFID traceability, Atlas reduces material loss by over 40%, optimises stock levels and ensures staff easy, controlled and tracked access to clean uniforms at any time. Uniforms are managed through an automated conveyor system and smart soil return units. Each user is associated with a clothing profile linked to their department and a predefined number of credits. Uniforms are collected and returned in a fully automated way, with no manual checks, while Trak software processes RFID data to generate reports, optimise stock and improve service quality.

RFID features for hanging uniforms

Users identify themselves via badge, PIN, facial recognition or iOS/Android app. Access is linked to the user profile and department, allowing users to collect only the hanging uniforms they are authorised to receive.

Each user has a clothing profile with a predefined number of credits. When a uniform is collected, a credit is deducted; when it is returned to the soil return unit, the credit is automatically restored, keeping stock and availability always aligned.

Soil return units automatically read RFID tags on returned uniforms, record movements in real time and monitor fill levels. Optional ozone sanitisation, LTE connectivity and touchless configurations ensure hygiene, monitoring and operational continuity.
