wAssistant is a conversational interface on WhatsApp that lets operators register, request size and location changes, report issues and check garment information directly in chat – without involving wardrobe staff or technicians every time. It works for both personal uniforms and shared workwear.
Developed by ZCS Automation with Laboratorio della Follia ZCS, wAssistant connects WhatsApp, the ZCS TRAK software and ZCS automated uniform dispensers, so every request activates faster, clearer and traceable processes.
